If There's a Problem, There's a Solution
If There's a Problem, There's a Solution
If there’s a problem, there’s a solution. There’s no such thing as an unsolvable problem. What do you gain by dwelling on problems? Nothing. Focus on the solution and be confident that you can find it. The key here is to stay calm. When you’re calm, you should ask yourself: “Have I experienced similar situations in my life? I have. Did I overcome them? I did. I’ll do it again.” This is a very simple way of looking at things. When we look back at the past, we see that many things we viewed as problems were definitely resolved over a certain period of time and through a certain process—whether on their own, through our own efforts, or through the universe’s intervention.”
If you think, “I don’t own the world; I’ll do the best I can, but I won’t let everything get to me,” you’ll open the door to happiness.
In moments of panic, we can’t even see the solutions right in front of us. We don’t know where the solution lies or which path to follow. As they say, “My past actions are a guarantee of what I will do”—and that’s the key.
Don't Jump to Conclusions
When you encounter a problem, don’t immediately let negative thoughts take over. Don’t worry needlessly. Stay calm and think about how you’ve solved problems in the past. Say to yourself, “I’ve done this before; I’ve faced various obstacles before, and I’ve overcome them all,” and visualize it in your mind. If you see what you’ve accomplished, then your source of motivation is ready. And draw on examples from your own experiences, not those of others. It wasn’t someone else—you did it. You can do it again.
Problems can always arise. The important thing is to stay calm in those moments. Stay relaxed and confident, don’t let it bother you, don’t worry, and tell yourself, “I’ll figure this out.” “It doesn’t matter to me; I’ll find a solution. I’ll take care of it.” That’s the “it doesn’t matter to me” mindset.
One of the key points is a person’s perspective. Someone who says, “It doesn’t matter to me”—who is positive and at ease—is an optimist. Even the most unsuccessful person has certainly achieved something in their life. But here’s the difference: A pessimist sees only what they haven’t achieved. Because they are pessimistic, they see whatever is lacking. Their mind is focused solely on what is missing. When faced with a problem, they first complain, “Not again.” They start to conjure up negative scenarios, thinking, “It’s going to be this bad” or “It’s going to turn out that way.” The scenario of a pessimistic perspective is, of course, pessimistic. “Problems always come to me; they always find me. Why me?” Instead of finding a solution, they focus on the problem. But someone with an optimistic outlook says, “All right, I’ll do this; I’ll solve it. I’ve dealt with similar situations before,” focusing on the solution rather than the problem. They think about how they solved similar problems they’ve faced in the past.
Please Wait Patiently
We can’t necessarily solve every problem on our own. Sometimes we see that they resolve themselves over time. It’s not for nothing that they say, “Time heals all wounds.” Sometimes it’s best to let time take its course. For problems you can’t solve on your own, wait calmly without panicking. To solve problems, you need to be at ease. When you let go of tension and relax with a sense of complete confidence, solutions will appear before you sooner than you expect. In fact, some problems resolve themselves—you might not even realize how they were solved.
When you encounter a problem, think calmly without panicking. Ask yourself, “Is this a problem I can solve?” If it’s a problem you can solve, take action. For example, there may be certain economic challenges in your industry, and these challenges are affecting everyone in general—not just your company… Budgets may be frozen, or there may be widespread restrictions affecting the sector… Meanwhile, since revenue isn’t coming in, your company’s expenses may have started to become a problem. When you think calmly, you’ll realize that you can’t intervene in the industry-wide problem on your own, nor can you come up with a solution. Without panicking, you’ll think about how to find other ways to cover your expenses. You may not be able to solve the overall problem, but by solving your own specific problem, you can weather this difficult period. You can cut back on expenses, liquidate your investments, generate business in a related sector, or prioritize your resources according to your needs… Once the industry-wide problem is resolved, you’ll simply pick up where you left off.
