“Everyone knows everything; the secret lies in doing it. Those who know but don’t act are the ones who fail, while those who make a difference are the ones who take action.”
Born on May 2, 1960, Dr. Turhan Güldaş’s journey began in Mardin, the land of his birth.
While striving from a young age to improve himself and develop methods for using his mind more effectively, he was first introduced in 1976 to books on personal development written by like-minded people in Ankara.
Dr. Turhan Güldaş, who describes personal development as an endless ocean, never had commercial motives; his goal was to explain and share with the public what he had learned and the methods that had been successfully applied.

Professor, for the past nine days I’ve been staying overnight to help my friend’s grandmother. She has Alzheimer’s and is having very severe episodes, but I swear—when I’m writing Mantra, she sits quietly and calmly beside me, as if she weren’t the one who just had those episodes. Thanks to her, I’m writing a lot.

Hello, Professor. Miracles happen when I write more than 500. Last Thursday, I wrote 500, and on Friday, I got my promotion. Yesterday, I wrote 510, and today I got a raise. It’s incredible—I don’t even know how to thank you. I’m so glad you’re here. The more we share, the more it multiplies and comes back to us.

Ever since I started writing mantras, I’ve felt myself getting better, teacher. Today is my 17th day, and the only thing on my mind is how I can make my life even more beautiful. I’m so glad I met you—and so glad your page popped up right in front of me one night just before dawn. I’ll never forget that night; it felt like my hopes were completely exhausted, as if I’d reached the end of the road. I’m healing, teacher—I’m healing through writing, and I’m doing it without even going to a psychiatrist.

Teacher, such wonderful miracles are happening—I was thinking of just staying home for New Year’s, when my cousin in Germany suddenly called and asked, “Will you come to Cyprus with us?” I was instantly overjoyed—I’d wanted to go see Sakiler so badly—and my cousin said, “We’re going to see Sakiler perform on New Year’s Eve.” It’s like whatever’s on my mind right now is actually coming true. And of course, thanks to the mantra—I’m so glad you’re here, so glad you came into my life—I love you all so much.
