Everyone Makes Mistakes

The human mind is capable of being aware of many things, yet it is easily manipulated. For example, the reason for feeling strained while exercising or moving is shortness of breath. Smoking causes shortness of breath. In this case, one must quit smoking. A person may realize this but fail to take action. The biggest problem people face is knowing what they should do but failing to do it. Changing one’s life actually means taking action.

It is possible to change one’s life. People tend to make it seem more mysterious than it is. Yet all the answers lie within our minds.

We Must Hear the Voice of the Universe

The fact that things we perceive as mistakes don’t repeat themselves is a sign of change. Everyone makes mistakes, but what matters is learning from them. However, as long as we fail to learn from our mistakes and resist change, the universe will keep sending us the same problems. We keep asking ourselves, “Why me?” We need to hear the voice of the universe answering, “Because you just can’t seem to pass that test! You can’t successfully complete that course. You’re not aware of it… That’s why the same things keep coming back to you in a vicious cycle—and they will continue to do so…” and learn from our mistakes in order to change.

To change your life, you must change your way of thinking. This means that every moment of the life you have today is shaped by the decisions you’ve made up to this point. Changing the decisions you make today will affect the life you’ll live tomorrow. To have a better, more comfortable, and less problematic life, you must change your way of thinking. Being patient and waiting are important for change. Since the life you have now is the result of years of experiences, the life you’ll live tomorrow won’t change in just a few days.

Time and Faith!

Change requires time and faith. Every step taken each day brings us one step closer to a new life. Throughout this process, one must be realistic, re-examine problems, identify mistakes, and clearly pinpoint the issue. Once a diagnosis is made, it is easier to ensure the treatment is correct. If the diagnosis is wrong, the treatment will also be flawed, and success will not be achieved.

Before a drug is released onto the market, it undergoes years of clinical trials. Every detail—such as how and at what doses it should be used, and its mechanisms of action—is carefully observed, clearly identified, and determined. A diagnosis alone isn’t enough to work miracles in your life. You need to take action to receive treatment.

A Peaceful Pregnancy Is Possible

You know that a child’s brain development begins in the womb. However, if you still can’t avoid stress and anxiety, you can make this process much more peaceful by using holistic methods to bring your mind and body into balance.

The development of neurons and nerves in the brain affects a child’s brain structure. Stress stands out as a very important factor in a child’s brain development. A mother’s stress affects the child—and in a negative way… This, in turn, affects the child’s psychology and development.

We Should Think Positively

Sometimes mothers also have concerns such as, “Will my child have any abnormalities? Could there be physical or mental disabilities, like Down syndrome?” What we must not forget here is that whatever we think, we attract into our lives. That is why we must think positively first and foremost. By thinking the best of everything, we’ll attract the best from the universe. One of the biggest mistakes people make is dwelling on what might happen after something has already gone wrong. When we think negative thoughts, we release that stress into our bodies. Why put ourselves through that?

When you’re faced with events that occur once in ten thousand or once in a million, the most sensible thing to do is to sit down and make a plan based on those circumstances. But there’s no point in letting the low probability of something that hasn’t happened yet affect your life. It’s like trying to fit clothes on a child who hasn’t been born yet.

Since hormonal balances change in expectant mothers during pregnancy, feelings of anxiety are inevitably common. Expectant mothers may also feel depressed, anxious, and irritable. While they are happy about having a baby, on the other hand, the worry that “Will I be a good mother?” or “Will I be able to take good care of my baby?”—because they do not yet feel ready to be a mother—can also cause stress for the expectant mother.

Happy Mom, Calm Baby

The most important point here is that spouses should decide together to become parents and should not fail to support one another during and after the pregnancy. It should not be forgotten that during this process, a woman needs her partner’s support more than ever. Expectant mothers who receive this support from their partners are very fortunate. This is because it gives them the strength to overcome many challenges.

Of course, since hormonal balances change during pregnancy, feelings of anxiety are bound to arise. Mothers may feel depressed, anxious, and irritable. I recommend meditation practices for pregnant women during this period when they may feel stressed, anxious, or tense. Through meditation, the child can grow up in a more comfortable, less stressful, and calmer environment. Positive mantras will also guide the expectant mother toward positive thoughts and help her relax.

The more mentally and psychologically at ease the mother is, the more at ease the child will be. And this process will be navigated more smoothly.

How Can We Succeed?

How Can We Succeed?

The first requirement for success is truly wanting to be successful. There is a difference between wanting to be successful for the sake of others and wanting it for oneself—driven by a genuine, inner desire. Setting goals based on the opinions or demands of parents, friends, teachers, or coworkers is a step toward failure.

By asking ourselves, “What do I want to achieve? For whom do I want to achieve it?” we must set our goals with a clear understanding of our purpose. Not genuinely wanting to succeed, or striving for success merely to please someone else, prevents us from achieving real results in reaching our goals. A person can achieve success in areas that align with their potential abilities and desires. Being aware of what we want and what our abilities are is crucial for success.

Set Route

To succeed, you must dream. A building doesn’t just appear out of nowhere. The architect first envisions the building, then designs it in their mind, and finally puts those designs on paper. After this process, the physical conditions necessary for constructing the building are established, and it takes some time to complete the building. Someone who wants to travel first decides where to go, then chooses which mode of transportation to use… The route is determined before setting out, and the journey is planned. That is why the first step is always to imagine. Without imagining, we cannot set our goals, nor can we know what we can achieve or what results will emerge. Purpose, plan, and strategy are the path that leads us to success.

Choosing to do the right thing at every moment of the day, making the right decisions, and thinking positively about the goals we aim to achieve all help increase our self-confidence. Being organized, staying on track with our goals, and making sound decisions all go hand in hand. Making the right decisions always makes a person feel good. We know that we need to be active to reach our ideal weight. Taking the stairs instead of the elevator is one step toward that, or working out in front of the TV… When our actions align with our goals, success follows.

Focusing on the current step at every stage of success leads to high productivity. In other words, we will be mindful of ourselves, our surroundings, and the universe, and live in the present moment. If we think about other things while eating, we won’t realize how much we’re eating and won’t be able to focus on our sense of fullness. By consuming more food than usual, we take a step in the wrong direction toward reaching our ideal weight. This is a wrong decision made during the day—a misstep.

Obstacles Are Lessons

People who think they will achieve success in just a few days end up with disappointment and failure. Because rushing is the greatest enemy of success. Even if we take small steps, the destination we aim for—that is, our goal—must be set high. A person’s goals should be motivating. With this motivation, a person should start each morning with high energy and act with a focus on success at every moment of the day. Although a diamond is a valuable stone rarely found in nature, it begins to sparkle only after being cut and polished, becoming the diamond we see. This means that for a person to be successful, it is not enough to simply possess an inner gem—they must work on themselves and polish themselves…

A person should not be discouraged by the obstacles that arise on the path to success and that must be overcome. Every obstacle is a lesson, and lessons are essential to success. The obstacles sent by life, the universe, and God are lessons given to help a person grow. Learning these lessons, drawing the right conclusions from them, and viewing them in a positive light enable a person to continue on the path to success with greater strength.

I Can't Love Myself!

I Can't Love Myself!

Questions like “Is loving myself important?” or “I have issues with myself” are quite common. To explain this, we first need to address one point. Every person has an aura and a certain energy. In fact, our auras are constantly communicating with the people around us—with everyone. You know how people say, “Their vibe is like this, their mood is like that, their energy isn’t good today.” The truth is, we can actually read the thoughts of everyone around us. That’s because our auras and our energies are speaking. Our brains are actually having an internal conversation; we are, in fact, aware of everything, but we don’t do this consciously.

Let’s return to the main question now. If a person constantly says, “I don’t love myself,” we must also take into account the energy and aura communication mentioned earlier. People can sense when someone doesn’t love themselves. Because the subconscious speaks, energies speak, and auras speak. Therefore, the person across from us notices that we don’t love ourselves. So if we don’t love ourselves, why should others love us? In other words, we see ourselves as worthless; there’s nothing about us worth loving. If we don’t love ourselves, no one else will love us either. That’s why you are the most valuable person to yourself.

So you have to love yourself. You may have flaws—nobody is perfect. You may have made mistakes—that’s okay. You may worry about the future, but every day is a chance to start over. Sometimes people’s disadvantages can even turn into advantages. The mistakes you’ve made in the past can come back to you as experience. So love yourself, make peace with your own mistakes, and make peace with what you’ve done. You can’t move forward by dwelling on them, blaming yourself, and staying stuck in that vicious cycle. If you don’t love yourself, you can’t move forward, you can’t be happy, and you can’t be successful. The first requirement for success is loving yourself.

Everyone Has Their Flaws

The concept of self-confidence is actually closely related to this. People described as having high self-confidence are generally people who love themselves. This is something their surroundings can sense. What people describe as “having a lot of charisma” often stems from a person being at peace with themselves. Of course, exaggeration is always bad—we know this, and we’re aware of it. But love yourself at the very least, friends—what’s the harm? After all, you need yourself. If you don’t stand up for yourself, if you don’t love yourself, if you don’t value yourself, no one else will value you either. Throughout your life, you are bound to live with yourself—that is, with your soul and your body together. When one of these is missing, life itself is gone.

So we will make peace with ourselves and love ourselves. We may have flaws; there are people with flaws who have turned those flaws into strengths. There are people with flaws who have become very famous, and there are people with flaws who have become very happy. Perhaps the things you often see as shortcomings or flaws in yourself aren’t actually flaws at all—they might just be your own perspective. So let’s love ourselves above all else. Because without that—if we don’t love ourselves—we can’t love others either. That’s why love is so important, and loving yourself is the most important of all.

Create Magic in Your Life

Create Magic in Your Life

You can easily put into practice the simplest methods aligned with your desire for change and growth, and work magic in your life. A more beautiful life is always possible—you just need to take the wheel of your own life.
Remember that the methods you apply with patience, perseverance, and your own willpower will always yield results. As you see that you can create magic in your life, your belief will grow even stronger. Your motivation will rise to a level that will influence those around you. Of course, one of the most important things here is consistency.
Meditation is important, but what matters most is the mantra—that is, your inner dialogue. People are always talking to themselves. This is actually a very good thing—it’s never a bad thing. But when you take control of this inner dialogue, become aware of what you’re feeding your subconscious, and ask the right questions, you take the wheel of your life. That way, you’ll live a more beautiful life.

No One Is Chosen

You can think of a mantra as creating your own “short film” using simple sentences made up of positive words. A mantra is essential for personal growth and positive thinking. It is the most important tool that programs us to move forward. It’s very important to recognize the power of a mantra and use it in line with our goals. That’s why I’ll be devoting a significant portion of this section of the book to the topic of mantras.
Recognize the power within you and harness it through the power of the mantra. Remember, everyone possesses the same power. No one is chosen or sacred. Some read a little more, others research a little more… It is these people who discover certain codes of the universe and make a difference.
This power will attract everything you desire to you. You don’t need to rely on anyone else. Simply establish positive and effective communication—aligned with your goals—with your mind, which is trying to tell you something. The rest will come to you from the universe.

What Are We Imprinting on Our Subconscious Mind!

What Are We Imprinting on Our Subconscious Mind!

Consciousness draws all its data from the subconscious. That is why the vision that guides our entire life comes from our subconscious. The subconscious is the part of our brain that operates outside our conscious awareness without us realizing it; it controls our involuntary muscles, ensures the functioning of our bodily systems even while we sleep at night, records everything we perceive through our five senses moment by moment, and places it at the disposal of the conscious mind for use when needed. Consciousness, on the other hand, is the human ability to recognize, perceive, comprehend, and become aware of oneself, one’s surroundings, and what is happening.

Like an Iceberg

Let’s imagine an iceberg; let’s call the 10 percent visible above the water the conscious mind, and the 90 percent remaining below the water the subconscious mind. While we may think of the conscious mind as the part where we analyze, make decisions, and examine every event in detail, the subconscious is the true source of power. It is where data is stored, where information resides, and where habits and biases are embedded.

From the moment we are born, we store the data we perceive through our five senses in our subconscious. Our thought patterns are shaped by this data. When an event occurs, we synthesize the data we have accumulated in our subconscious up to that point and respond with reactions that serve as solutions or answers. That is why we must be aware of what we are feeding into our subconscious.

We Can Control Our Thoughts

Let’s imagine a computer with no programs installed. We need programs to use it. We’ll also need other programs suited to our profession, hobbies, and personal interests. Otherwise, it won’t be possible for us to use this computer. Our brain works the same way. If we can program our subconscious mind through our awareness, we can make our brain work to steer our lives in the direction we desire.

Let me give an example to illustrate the power of the subconscious: Everything you see around you right now and in this world first took shape in a mind, was conceived, planned, and then created. For example, even the homes we live in were first designed and imagined; then the plans were put on paper, and they came into being. Everything that completes them—such as the windows—was made later… This means that everything that is created first passes through the mind.

If we can control, program, and consciously implant our thoughts into our brains, we can create the life we want.

Live Every Day as If It Were a Holiday

Live Every Day as If It Were a Holiday

Life is passing by at a rapid pace. As our hectic work schedules combine with the rapid pace of technology, we’re becoming increasingly isolated. We’ve stopped showing loyalty to our loved ones and seeing them often—we even overlook special occasions and holidays. We exchange holiday greetings with a simple message and, caught up in the leisure of long vacations, forget about our elders.

We must break free from becoming an increasingly isolated society. Communication among people must regain its importance. Never put sharing your love and energy on the back burner. When individuals withdraw into themselves and become immersed in technology, their external communication is lost. Natural communication breaks down. The energy provided by face-to-face interactions is replaced by “getting by with a phone call.” Yet when we interact with others, we give them our energy and receive energy from them in return.

LET'S NOT WITHHOLD OUR ATTENTION

One of the most important secrets to communicating with people is knowing how to listen. If we listen well, we first gain that person’s sympathy. Then we understand what they want to say more clearly. And most importantly, we help both that person and ourselves more effectively. But often, instead of listening to the person speaking, we focus on what we’re going to say next. By focusing on the speech we’re about to give and the words we’ll use, we lose the other person’s interest. If we want to be listened to, we must not withhold our attention from the person across from us. No one possesses everything in the universe. Social life is built on sharing.

LET'S SHOW LOYALTY

Be selfless and show loyalty. Let’s come together—and if we can’t, let’s at least call our loved ones, show loyalty to our elders, and listen to them. Because they’re used to being together and talking face-to-face. They miss the old days. And they expect this from you, too. The more you share, the more you’ll receive. The more you give, the more you’ll get. The effort we make to move away from selfishness will elevate our relationships with our loved ones to the highest possible level. In addition to sharing your energy, share your problems as well. If you share a friend’s problem, you’ll ease their burden. Remember, there may come a time in the future when you, too, will need to share one of your own troubles.

Live every day as if it were a holiday. A person’s energy grows and multiplies, spreading throughout the entire community. The most important thing that makes us human is sharing. Share love, happiness, peace, and money. Remember, we won’t take anything with us when we go.

Do We Want to Change?

Do We Want to Change?

Before taking any steps toward change, there are questions that need to be answered. Do we want to change? Do we want to change our lives? It would not be right to take any steps toward change without being certain of the answers to these questions. Change cannot happen unless a person makes the decision on their own, of their own free will and desire. However, if a person truly wants change and is determined, the steps to take are quite simple.

Since the ideas others offer during this process will be quite subjective, they won’t yield lasting results in the long run. Of course, we’ll listen to everyone, filter these ideas through our own minds, and make the final decision ourselves.

Questions Should Be Healthy

The key to the change process is for the individual to decide for themselves what kind of change they want. Once a person acknowledges that they have a problem or a shortcoming, the change process begins. After that, asking questions about this change and finding answers will help them take a major step forward in the change process.

During the change process, it is important to bring issues to light through “brainstorming” and to put these issues down on paper. Written work always has a clearer impact on the human mind. When articulating questions and issues, every question that genuinely piques one’s curiosity should be asked. The question, “What are the things I want to change about myself or my life?” can be a good starting point here.

Roadmap

Listing the answers that come to mind one after another, without overthinking, will give us a roadmap. Answers that flow out instantly—such as “I need to get up early, I need to be organized, I must not give up in the face of difficulties”—will help our true needs become clearly apparent.

To change our lives, we must be willing to make radical decisions. If we merely pretend to make radical decisions instead of actually doing so, the result will be disappointment. For a wound to heal, more is needed than just a bandage. If necessary, surgical intervention must be performed. In fact, if the problem is severe enough to harm a person—for example, if it has become gangrenous—it must be amputated. Being prepared to make and implement these decisions is at the heart of change.

Show Your True Worth

Show Your True Worth

In the workplace, people who are self-confident and sure of what they can accomplish always succeed. People who see themselves as valuable are valued by others. You may want to climb the career ladder in your profession. This shows that you have goals. A person with goals is always more valuable than someone without them. People with goals always put in more effort. People without goals don’t move forward. They just go through the motions, collect their paycheck, and make no effort at all.

If you want to advance in your career and receive the recognition you deserve, you need to take confident steps. You should demonstrate a commitment to your work and profession by trusting in your talents and abilities. If you act with the awareness that you are an employee who contributes to the organization through your talents and experience, you will project a strong presence and be rewarded for your value.

Let’s say someone at your workplace is about to be promoted to a higher position. The person who says, “It matters a lot to me,” who is desperate for it and makes it obvious, who really wants that job—that person won’t get the promotion. Because they have diminished themselves. This kind of behavior is seen as a sign of weakness and vulnerability. Furthermore, when you want something very much, you create a barrier between yourself and that desire. Then you have to put in much more effort.

Mysterious People Are Preferred

In the workplace, a person who is self-confident and certain of their abilities always comes out on top. People who see themselves as valuable are valued by others. But someone who doesn’t value themselves—who wears themselves down in desperation without even being sure whether they’ll get that promotion—will never find the recognition they seek. Acting as if the world is about to end if you don’t get a promotion, or constantly complaining about your current position at every opportunity, is simply a sign of weakness. When you reveal this weakness, you’re seen as easy to take advantage of—or, to put it bluntly, as someone who’s “in the bag.”

No one wants someone who’s easy to get. Everyone prefers people who are hard to get—those who are more fulfilling, mysterious, unique, and composed. Think of the difference between glass and a diamond. No matter how useful glass is or how much it’s a part of our lives, it’s not as valuable as a diamond. Everyone values those who are self-assured and aware of their talents.

When you know your own worth, you can say, “It doesn’t matter to me; I’ll get what I’m worth no matter what.” If you realize that you’re a diamond, everyone else will think you’re a diamond too. Be rare, high-quality, and dazzling.

Develop Yourself

No matter what profession we are in, if we make self-improvement and professional development our top priority, and if we strive every day to build on the previous day’s progress, then we will naturally excel in our work.

In that case, of course, we’ll come in first. As we develop ourselves and invest in ourselves, our demeanor and attitudes change. We become more confident. The power of knowledge reflects in our work. Our superiors, our customers, and everyone we work with notice our confidence.

Don't Let Money Control You

Don't Let Money Control You

Don’t be a slave to money. Don’t let it control you. When you say, “I control my money; I decide what to do with it. I want to have a lot of money, but I’m not a slave to it. I can live without it,”—in other words, when you say money doesn’t matter to me—that’s when money comes to you.

Don’t harbor negative feelings about money. Negative thoughts like “Money is the dirt on my hands” or “Money is a bad thing” push money away from you. You can attract money to yourself by loving it. People who love money are often called money-hungry or greedy. That’s not the kind of love I’m talking about.

It Takes Hard Work

There’s a difference between being money-hungry and loving money. Loving money means having positive feelings toward it. Being money-hungry, on the other hand, means loving money more than anything and anyone else. I’m not saying you should be money-hungry; I’m saying you should have positive feelings toward money. Just as you can’t feel sympathy for Ayşe when you say, “Ayşe is bad; she corrupts people; the environment where Ayşe is present is bad,” Ayşe, too, cannot feel sympathy for you. The two situations are the same. If we value and respect the importance of money in our lives, money will come to us.

Money sometimes comes out of the blue—from the lottery, a raffle, or a distant relative… People who come into money this way—without working, striving, or putting in any effort—cannot make the most of it, believing that “what comes easily goes easily.” Yes, you have to work hard to become rich. But sometimes money can come through other means as well.

If you have the right mental foundation—that is, if your subconscious mind contains positive beliefs about earning money effortlessly—you’ll benefit from it, even if it comes out of nowhere. But if you don’t, that money will slip through your fingers.

You can't handle it!

Be wary of people who have come into money this way. Most of them are either unhappy, have made poor decisions because they didn’t know what to do with the money, or have been swindled by those around them. If you lay the foundation for a single-story house and then build an apartment building on top of it, the structure will collapse. This situation is no different. When it collapses, you’ll lose even the single story you had.

Be prepared for money and for becoming wealthy. Otherwise, you won’t be able to come to terms with having money. The same applies to those who have come into money suddenly. People who suddenly come into money cannot come to terms with the opportunities and social status they’ve gained through it. They remain out of place in the circles they’ve risen into. If you’ve earned money without putting in the effort, you must be aware of this and understand how to come to terms with this situation. Believe that the money coming your way always has a good reason behind it, and be more generous. As you come to terms with the power that money brings, strengthen those around you as well. Just as sharing will bring you more, sharing will also change your perception of money.
