Making the Most of Your Brain Every Second
To use your brain to its full potential every second means to be open to every message that might come from the universe every second. The universe sends us thousands of chances and opportunities every second. If we keep our minds alert and wait, ready to seize these chances and opportunities, we can take them. But if we’re not aware when the universe sends this information—if our minds are asleep or stuck in negative thoughts and beliefs—we won’t be able to see them.
Just as we can take our communication with others to the healthiest level by using our brains perfectly every second, we can also achieve new and small successes every day by recognizing every opportunity. Ultimately, we can achieve the happiness we desire: by not procrastinating, being honest, looking at the world with love, staying mindful by using our brains perfectly every second, and continuously growing every day—building our future as if we were constructing a building, adding one new brick at a time…
Change Starts with Small Steps
If we work on improving ourselves every day, we will become outstanding individuals. If we work on improving ourselves every day, we will become outstanding people. If we work on improving ourselves every day, we will become an outstanding society. If we work on improving ourselves every day, we will create an outstanding world.
Change must begin with small steps. The world we live in today was not created in a single day. People created this world by doing something every day, building upon it, adding more, and developing these accumulated efforts. It took centuries of hard work to reach where we are now. That’s why, if we want to live the life of our dreams, we must make the most of every day and every moment. Since we’ve come into this world, and since we have the chance to live this adventure to the fullest, why shouldn’t we live as we wish? Why shouldn’t we have the life of our dreams?
Let’s say we’ve booked a vacation. How do we make the most of it? By getting the most rest, having the most fun, enjoying ourselves to the fullest, seeing as many places as possible, and learning as much as we can about our surroundings. Suppose you were sent to this world to explore it for 70 to 80 years—in that case, make the most of it. Why do you take everything so seriously, wearing yourselves out as if you were going to live forever? Relax a little. We can solve all our problems simply by changing our brain’s habits and patterns. By doing so, we give our brain a task. After all, one of its most important tasks is to carry out the instructions of its master—us.
Our Brain Is Like a Magnet
When we remind ourselves of our mantras—whether in writing or verbally—whenever we get the chance throughout the day, our brain makes it its mission to help us reach our goals faster and does whatever it takes to manifest our desires in our lives. Just like two friends working together arm in arm, we can move toward our goals in harmony with our brain. Remember: without our brain’s support, we can’t achieve anything on our own.
